Nicklaus Children's Hospital is included on Newsweek's list of World's Best Specialized Hospitals 2022. This prestigious award is presented by Newsweek and Statista Inc., a world-leading statistics portal and industry-ranking provider. No other South Florida pediatric hospital was recognized in the ranking.
The World's Best Specialized Hospitals 2022 ranking identifies the best hospitals that specialize in cardiology, cardiovascular surgery, endocrinology, gastroenterology, neurology, neurosurgery, oncology, orthopedics, pediatrics and pulmonology.
Newsweek and Statista invited more than 40,000 medical experts—including doctors, hospital managers, and healthcare professionals—to participate in online surveys that allowed them to recommend and assess various hospitals within their respective specializations. The results of the survey were then validated by a global board of renowned medical experts.
“We are honored to be included in the 2022 Newsweek ranking of best specialized pediatric hospitals. It is a tribute to the commitment of our clinical and support teams to providing the best possible care and support for the children and families we are privileged to serve,” said Matthew A. Love, President and CEO of Nicklaus Children’s Health System.
